I represented the buyers on this one. They were first-time buyers in a very busy market. Fremont was literally the first home I showed them and they fell in love! We made a strong offer and, after some negotiating, it was accepted. Pretty much unheard of in that market (we all know how crazy it was at peak low interest rates). The seller was very cooperative and all parties were flexible when they needed to be. It was a textbook collaboration between buyers, sellers, and agents.
This home was an adorable brick bungalow! Situated under a beautiful oak tree, the house was move-in ready with hardwood floors adding to the wonderful charm of this home. Everything had been lovingly cared for and it had an updated kitchen! The backyard was a great size and there was an enclosed porch in the front to enjoy.
