The seller of the home they were buying also had a contract to buy new, with a contingency. Add to all of those moving parts and players, it was over the Holidays. Emotions were high and I talked several people off several ledges (including the agent on the other side)! It all came together in the end. Having been in the business for so long and having seen it all, experience played a crucial role, and I was grateful for it in this case!
I enjoyed the meticulous care put into this spectacular home. As you walked in, you had a sense of both luxury and function. This single story plan offered an open concept kitchen and living room. Your outdoor living was equally as impressive with both a screened-in lanai, an outdoor patio, and a more than generous fenced-in backyard, which could be perfect for a pool addition. I loved selling this property and am thankful to the sellers.
